May 2000-December ’02   IAEA Secretariat, Programme Management Officer (also in Office of the Director), Europe Section, Division of Europe, Latin America and West Asia, Department of Technical Co-operation; analysed national situations, prepared CPF Guidelines, drafted, negotiated and finalised a number of national Country Programme Frameworks with governments of Members States on mid-term technical cooperation with the IAEA; assisted/advised Director with drafting policy papers/positions, reports and on a number of relevant matters;

 

July 1998-May 2000       OSCE Secretariat, adviser/Operations Officer, Conflict Prevention Centre and Dept.
